- Customer: refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use MetroCityStreetwear to purchase a product
- Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit MetroCityStreetwear and use the services.
- Website: MetroCityStreetwear™’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: metrocitystreetwear.com
- You: a person or entity that is registered with MetroCityStreetwear to use our services.
Return & Refund Policy
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MetroCityStreetwear. We’ll be as brief as our limitations will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at MetroCityStreetwear, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with MetroCityStreetwear™’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Shipping Policy.
All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if we made an error with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine a resolution. If there is considerable damage to the product you bought that was not previously disclosed in the item’s description or visible in the item’s listing photos, you may be entitled to a refund.
You have seven calendar days following the delivery of any defective item(s) to request a return and refund, which, if granted, allows you seven business days from the time the return is granted to repackage the item(s) in its original packaging and dispatch it to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracked postage. If you wish to begin a claim that there was undisclosed damage to your item, please email us at contact-us@metrocitystreetwear.com and be prepared to provide photo evidence.
The item must be in the original condition as it was sold, with no additional wear/usage and with any tags still attached if applicable.
For approved returns, Return Shipping is the responsibility of MetroCityStreetwear. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and approving a return will not be accepted.
Where applicable, we will review your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Approved refunds may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Items that fail to follow the guidelines addressed above may be returned to you and may result in the cancellation of the refund, as they failed to meet our standards for a return; however, in this case, the customer will be notified that they are liable for the return shipping expense, and their package will be held securely until the customer covers the return postage expense in full. Approved refunds may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.
PLEASE NOTE: We record all orders at the post office as they are being packaged. Each item is examined in detail on camera to ensure quality control and establish the condition of each item at the time of dispatch. Understand that this footage will be used to determine the validity of any damage claims.
MetroCityStreetwear is not responsible for any manufacturing deficiencies, which may include: excess glue, stitching issues, or leather creases.
MetroCityStreetwear is not responsible for any damages caused by wear.
Shoes above 5 years in age are considered a collector’s item. Wear at your own risk. (Risks include: cracking, sole separation, degradation, etc.)

Refunds Before Dispatch
Every single MetroCityStreetwear product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged carefully. Rarely, we may encounter times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. In this case, you will be informed about it in advance via Email. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded to your original payment method once our team confirms your request.
Shipping
MetroCityStreetwear is not responsible for any lost or misrouted packages. To avoid issues with your order, please double-check all information, including your shipping address, before submitting your purchase.
